Sweat Club has been running challenges here for the last 5 years. We've seen the victories, the breakthroughs, the moments when someone discovers they're capable of far more than they believed. The Gauntlet is everything we've learned, everything that works, everything that transforms—distilled into 12 weeks of purposeful intensity.
Starting January 12th. All fitness levels. Members and non-members welcome.
YOU WON'T DO THIS ALONE
Forget showing up, going through the motions, and hoping something changes. The Gauntlet is structured, progressive, and relentless in the best possible way. Every single week brings new mini-challenges designed to push you forward:
Individual Challenges – Your attendance matters. Your performance matters. Your choices outside the gym matter. Show up, do the work, earn your progress.
Team Challenges – You'll be placed on a randomly selected team (because real growth happens when you work with people you wouldn't normally choose). Some challenges will build camaraderie. Others will test your competitive fire. All of them will prove that you're stronger together.
HYROX-Inspired Challenges – Including an exclusive HYROX Simulation event for challenge participants only. If you don't know what HYROX is, you're about to find out.
Bootcamp-Style Gauntlets – The kind of training that separates those who want it from those who need it.
THE PROGRESSION IS DELIBERATE
This isn't random. This is strategic.
Weeks 1-4: Foundation – We build the base. Learn the movements, establish the habits, discover what you're made of.
Weeks 5-8: Intensity – Now we turn up the heat. You'll be stronger, fitter, more confident. Time to prove it.
Weeks 9-12: The Final Push – This is where legends are made. Everything you've built leads to this.
You'll track your progress on our leaderboard. You'll check in weekly. We'll have themed weeks to keep things fresh. At the 6-week mark, we're taking this outside the gym for a group outing—because transformation isn't just about what happens inside these walls.
And then? The Final Event. A culminating test that will show you—and everyone else—just how far you've come.
