Our Sweat Club bootcamp classes are designed for everyone of all fitness levels to improve energy levels, strength, and endurance! No two workouts are ever the same! You can expect high intensity functional HIIT, strength and cardio intervals that will burn tons of calories, build lean muscle and train your body like it's never trained before! You can choose from either one of our live trainer-led team classes, or drop in at any non-class scheduled time throughout the day with a trainer-on-duty where you can work at your own pace, at your own time. The Sweat Club bootcamps are results-driven and when paired with a custom nutrition program, your success is guaranteed!

HOW TO PREPARE & WHAT TO EXPECT

BEFORE CLASS STARTS:

  • Make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early and have with you: water, a towel, comfortable clothes, clean shoes and a great attitude!

  • Check-in for class either on your Mindbody app, at the front desk or with the bootcamp coach.

  • Find a spot on the turf, take a quick glance at the white board for the day's workout and if you'd like, grab any equipment you may need!

  • If this is your first class, please arrive 10 min. early so you can meet with your coach and go over any injuries, your fitness level, questions, etc.

DURING THE WORKOUT:

  • Please show up on time!

  • There is NO competition here! The only person you will be competing against is YOU! Go at a pace that feels right for you, but don't be afraid to kick it up a notch and really push yourself. That extra push is where all the change starts to happen! Don't be surprised if the bootcamp coach gives you a little nudge to push harder or use more challenging weights. We want you to succeed!

  • Rest as needed during your workouts and make sure to hydrate! Hydration is KEY!

  • We will start each class with a 5 to 10 minute warm-up and finish with a 5 to 10 min. cooldown. Each day of the week will be a different workout theme: lower, upper or full-body. If you are coming during a "Trainer on Duty" hour, the class will not be trainer led, however, a trainer will be around to assist you with any questions you may have and to check on your form. During these classes, you will go at your own pace throughout the hour long workout.

  • Please no cellphones during class unless for emergencies. We ask to give us just one hour of your full attention to focus on you and your workout, free from distractions!

  • Once your workout is over, please make sure to sanitize all the equipment you used and return it to the appropriate spots. You can leave the steps out for the next class.

AFTER THE WORKOUT:

  • Make sure to HYDRATE and eat a snack that contains both a protein and carbohydrate to help the build and repair process of your muscles! We do offer protein and other supplements for purchase (full-size and single-servings)

  • Don't forget to take that post-workout selfie and tag #sweatclub

  • Tell all your friends about your awesome workout and start stacking up your referral points for some Sweat Club swag and discounts!
