WEEKLY BOOTCAMP CLASS DETAILS:
MONDAY: Mega Monday - Full Body & Core (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)
TUESDAY: Total Strength - Push (Strength day focusing on the Push Muscles - Back Squat & Bench Press)
WEDNESDAY: Work It Wednesday - Core & Conditioning (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)
THURSDAY: Total Strength - Pull (Strength day focusing on the Pull Muscles - Deadlift & Bent Over Rows)
FRIDAY: Flexy Friday - Full Body & Core (HIIT, Cardio & Strength - Great for first timers!)
SATURDAY: HYROX Saturday - Full Body (HIIT, Cardio & Strength - Our hardest class of the week!)
HYROX: A Hyrox workout is a fitness race format that involves alternating between 1km runs and eight different functional exercises like SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer's carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls, essentially combining cardio with heavy strength training in a fast-paced circuit. Our HYROX group fitness classes will combine several exercises and accessory exercises that support training for a race, or for anyone who wants to improve their overall functional fitness in a safe and fun manner.
