WEEKLY BOOTCAMP CLASS DETAILS:

MONDAY: Mega Monday - Full Body & Core (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

TUESDAY: Tushy Tuesday - Lower Body (Primary focus on strength training)

WEDNESDAY: Work It Wednesday - Core & Conditioning (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

THURSDAY: Throw Down Thursday - Upper Body (Primary focus on strength training)

FRIDAY: Flexy Friday - Full Body & Core (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

SATURDAY: Sweaty Saturday - Full Body (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

For any of the scheduled bootcamp times, you will have a live class with other Sweat Club members lead by

Coach Dawn. On non-scheduled times, come in at any time and do the whiteboard W.O.D. with a trainer on duty  to explain the workout, motivate you throughout your workout and ensure you're using proper form. When classes reach waitlist capacity, we will add additional class times throughout the day.
