WEEKLY BOOTCAMP CLASS DETAILS:

MONDAY: Mega Monday - Full Body & Core (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

TUESDAY: Tushy Tuesday - Lower Body (Primary focus on strength training)

WEDNESDAY: Work It Wednesday - Core & Conditioning (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

THURSDAY: Throw Down Thursday - Upper Body (Primary focus on strength training)

FRIDAY: Flexy Friday - Full Body & Core (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

SATURDAY: Sweaty Saturday - Full Body (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

For any of the scheduled bootcamp times, you will have a live class with other Sweat Club members lead by

Coach Dawn. On non-scheduled times, come in at any time and do the whiteboard W.O.D. with a trainer on duty  to explain the workout, motivate you throughout your workout and ensure you're using proper form. When classes reach waitlist capacity, we will add additional class times throughout the day.

PLEASE NOTE: CLASS BOOKINGS CLOSE 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASS. IF YOU MISS THE CUT-OFF, FEEL FREE TO CALL THE GYM.

Monday, July 4th - Independence Day

  • Gym will be closed, please see event info for the 4th of July Ruck @ Greenway Farms

Monday, September 5th - Labor Day

  • Gym will be closed

Thanksgiving Week:

  • Wednesday, Nov. 23rd - Gym will close at 4pm. No 5:15pm or 6:30pm classes

  • Thursday, Nov. 24th - 8am Turkey Day Bootcamp; gym closes right after at 9am.

  • Friday, Nov. 25th - Gym closed

December 23rd - 30th

  • Class and gym hours TBD for holiday break

December 31st

  • 8am New Years Eve Bootcamp; gym will close at 10am.
