SWEATCLUB CLASS SCHEDULE

If you would like to purchase a monthly membership (Premium, Standard, or Basic), please come into the Sweat Club gym or call us @ 423.406.4280. Otherwise, to book a drop-in or class packages, book from the MindBody app or schedule below:

WEEKLY BOOTCAMP CLASS DETAILS:

MONDAY: Mega Monday - Full Body & Core (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

TUESDAY: Tushy Tuesday - Lower Body (Primary focus on strength training - A little on the harder side.)

WEDNESDAY: Work It Wednesday - Core & Conditioning (HIIT, Cardio & Strength)

THURSDAY: Throw Down Thursday - Upper Body (Primary focus on strength training)

FRIDAY: Flexy Friday - Full Body & Core (HIIT, Cardio & Strength - Great for first timers!)

SATURDAY: Sweaty Saturday - Full Body (HIIT, Cardio & Strength - Generally our hardest class.)

SWEATBOX: Offered @ our Hixson location only. Functional Fitness (HIIT, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Bodyweight - Open to all fitness levels!)

ANY CLASS THAT SAYS "HIXSON" IS AT OUR HIXSON LOCATION LOCATED AT 1771. E. BOY SCOUT RD, HIXSON, TN

For any of the scheduled bootcamp times, you will have a live class with other Sweat Club members led by

one of our coaches. On non-scheduled times, come in at any time and do the whiteboard W.O.D. with a trainer on duty to explain the workout, motivate you throughout your workout and ensure you're using proper form.

  • Halloween Boo!tcamp all day long! Come dressed up and ready for fun!

  • River Gorge Trail Race and HYROX Chicago

Thursday, November 28th - November 30th

  • Join us Thanksgiving Day at 8am for our Thanksgiving bootcamp, the gym will be closed following bootcamp through 11/30. We will be back at it 12/1!

Saturday, November 30th

  • Hungry Turkey Run - Join Team Sweat Club for our 9th annual team run!
