MEET THE TEAM
Owner - Bootcamp Instructor - Elite Trainer
Hey everyone! Coach Dawn here! I'm the owner of the Sweat Club gym and Stretch Fitness, LLC online training. I've always had a passion for health and fitness that started at the early age of 5 years old. I have been training clients in-person and online globally for the past 8 years, working with anyone from professional boxers, Olympic athletes, all the way to someone just starting out. My true passion lies in both coaching bootcamps and nutrition. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" methodology when it comes to coaching and I absolutely do not believe in quick fixes! I love to teach people how health and nutrition can be sustainable for life! When I first started my business 8 years ago out of my home gym, I had the ultimate goal of having a brick and mortar location some day and well, here you go! The Sweat Club is a place I built where anyone of all fitness backgrounds can come and find something they enjoy, make friends, have fun and experience a whole new way of training! We are a family at the Sweat Club and I cannot wait to have you be a part of our amazing community!

Hello! My name is Austin. I have a passion for fitness and nutrition. When I’m not working out or weighing out my food, I am usually skateboarding or hanging out with my friends and family. I love helping people reach their goals, whether it’s mentally, emotionally, and/or physically!
My name is Josh Snyder, and I'm one of the new coaches at Sweat Club! I'm beyond excited to join this team of fitness professionals to help better the health and wellness of our members, and those in the surrounding Chattanooga area. My area of expertise is in Functional Fitness, which includes a wide array of movements that aim towards translating fitness to the tasks of everyday living. Also, I've been coaching group fitness classes for the past five years, and I love to bring tons of energy to every class or personal training session. With regards to my personal fitness career, I've competed in nearly every area of sports such as, Iron Mans, ultra-endurance races, CrossFit, marathons, OCRs (obstacle course races), and competitive Bodybuilding. Due to my wide range of knowledge, in varying sports, I hope to help teach and inspire each and every member to strive for goals beyond what is quick or easy. I'm glad to be a part of this team, and let's get after it!
