I played sports throughout my school years and have always strived to make healthy choices. However, my real drive for fitness came about in my early 20s when I began running and competing in races. Later, I developed a love for lifting weights. At that point, I began to understand the importance of a balanced workout between cardio and strength training. This understanding led me to a career in fitness in 2012! I enjoy personal training, nutrition coaching, and teaching fitness classes. I like showing others what their bodies are capable of doing with hard work and determination. Furthermore, I feel that it is a privilege to help others see their fitness potential and actually accomplish goals that they never thought achievable!
Pro Trainer Wassup everyone, my name is Korie and I have been training one on one for a couple years as a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I also taught group fitness during my senior year at UTC! I just graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and whole heartedly believe I chose the right major for my passions. I am fascinated and love the human body from the biomechanics to the psychological side of fitness. Personal Training is such a rewarding job as I get to see growth physically, mentally, emotionally, and sometimes spiritually on the regular! It is what I love most and why I do what I do!
Prenatal + Postpartum Fitness Coach Hi moms! My name is Eryn Queen. I have been active my entire life and always made fitness and health a priority. I had my first baby in 2021 and my health became a passion throughout my pre and postnatal journey. I worked out my entire pregnancy, all the way up I delivered, and started recovery work the day I came home from the hospital. This newfound passion had me wanting to help other moms with their fitness journey pre and postpartum and change the narrative around pregnancy and postpartum exercise.
