Take your health and fitness journey to a whole new level with our 1:1 and small group personal training. Combined, our Sweat Club coaches have decades of experience with clients of all ages and fitness levels!

OUR COACHING SPECIALTIES:

• Youth, Teens, and Senior Citizens
• Individuals training for specific goals: sport-specific, fat/weight loss, muscle gain, enduran
ce, corrective exercise, post-rehab, cancer specialist, and more!


 

​INDIVIDUAL COACHING:

  • 60 MINUTE SINGLE SESSION: $70​

  • 60 MINUTE 8 PACK: $520 ($65/session)

  • 60 MINUTE 12 PACK: $720​ ($60/session)

  • 30 MINUTE SINGLE SESSION: $55

  • 30 MINUTE 8 PACK: $280 ($35/session)

  • 30 MINUTE 12 PACK: $384​ ($32/session)

 

PERSONAL TRAINING & SMALL GROUP ADD-ONS:

  • OPEN GYM ACCESS: $35/mo.

  • BASIC BOOTCAMP MEMBERSHIP: $55/mo.

To take advantage of our PT add-ons, you must have two PT appointments with your coach a week each month.​

SMALL GROUP COACHING

For groups of 2 to 3 that are on the same fitness level. Requires a minimum of 2 people, if the second person cancels,  you will be billed at the individual pricing. Each person must purchase an individual pack.

  • 60 MINUTE SINGLE SESSION:​​ $52/person​ ($18 savings)

  • 60 MINUTE 8 PACK:​​ $390/person ($130 savings) 

  • 60 MINUTE 12 PACK: $540​/person ($180 savings)

  • 30 MINUTE SINGLE SESSION:​​ $30/person ($10 savings)

  • 30 MINUTE 8 PACK: $210/person ($70 savings)

  • 30 MINUTE 12 PACK: $288/person ($96 savings)
