SUMMER SIZZLE 8-WEEK CHALLENGE

Get ready to scorch some fat! Our Sweat Club Summer Body 8-Week Challenge starts June 10th! You can expect to shed fat, lose inches, build lean muscle and learn sustainable, healthy eating habits to last a lifetime! With this challenge, we are shaking things up and trying out something new where EVERYONE can win... if you reach your goal!

THE CHALLENGE:

Lose a certain % of weight, and you will win a portion of the pot! Every person that signs up for the challenge, money from their entry fee will be added to the pot. The pot will be split amongst everyone who reaches the challenge goal! For example, if there is $5,000 in the pot and 5 people reach the challenge goal, each of those individuals will win $1,000!

THE GOAL:

Lose 6% of your bodyweight in 8-weeks, NOT to exceed 20lbs. We still want to keep this challenge safe and sustainable, so we do not recommend losing more than 20lbs in 8 weeks.

For those who are already lean or have very little weight to lose (BMI of normal), your goal will be 4%.
